1. Who we are
TerraPartners ("we", "us", "our") operates the TerraPartners affiliate program. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What data we collect
Account data: full name, email, Telegram, password (hashed), country, website URL, traffic source, company details.
Financial data: payout method, wallet/bank details, invoices, tax identifiers where required by law.
Verification data: ID document, proof of address, ownership confirmation for the traffic source.
Usage data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, timestamps, referrer, clicks and conversions.
Communications: emails, chats with your personal manager, support tickets.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you when you register or communicate with us, automatically through cookies and tracking pixels on our site and partner brands, and from third parties (payment providers, KYC providers, anti-fraud tools).
4. Why we use it (legal basis)
Contract — to operate your affiliate account, calculate commissions, process payouts.
Legal obligation — to meet AML, tax, and anti-fraud requirements.
Legitimate interest — to prevent fraudulent traffic, secure our systems, improve the product.
Consent — for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies to identify partner sessions, remember preferences and attribute clicks to partners. Analytics cookies help us understand usage. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share personal data only with: operator brands under the Program (to attribute your Players), payment providers (to pay you), KYC/AML providers, hosting and analytics processors, and authorities where required by law. Every processor is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
7. International transfers
Data may be transferred outside your country to processors located in the EEA, UK, US and other jurisdictions. Where required we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Retention
Account and financial records are kept for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years). Verification documents are kept for 5 years after account closure. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, hashed passwords, role-based access control and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password and enable 2FA when available.
11. Children
The Program is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process their data.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in the affiliate cabinet. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
