Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the TerraPartners affiliate program (the "Program") operated by TerraPartners ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Program.

Partner / Affiliate — a natural or legal person accepted into the Program.

Player — an end user who follows an affiliate link and registers on an operator brand.

FTD — first-time deposit made by a referred Player.

NGR — Net Gaming Revenue (gross revenue minus bonuses, chargebacks, taxes and fees).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You must submit accurate registration data (name, contact, website, traffic source, country) and keep it up to date.

Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, request more information or reject an application at our sole discretion.

Before payouts we may request identity documents, proof of address, ownership of your traffic source, or a signed agreement. Delays in providing these documents postpone payouts.

Rates are set individually and confirmed by your personal manager. Default models: RevShare, CPA and Hybrid. RevShare is calculated from NGR. CPA is paid per qualifying FTD as defined per campaign.

We reserve the right to change rates for future traffic with prior notice.

Minimum payout: $100 unless otherwise agreed. Payout schedule: monthly, within 10 business days after the end of the reporting month.

Available methods: bank wire, USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), Skrill, Neteller and other methods introduced from time to time. Fees on the payment side are on your account.

Balances below the minimum are rolled over. Negative carryover may apply on RevShare when brand bonuses exceed revenue for the period.

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Incentivised, bot or emulated traffic; motivated players; self-registration.

• Brand bidding on operator trademarks in paid search.

• Cookie stuffing, iframe stuffing, click spamming, misleading creatives.

• Traffic from restricted jurisdictions or from underage users.

• Any activity that violates applicable law, operator T&Cs, or advertising network policies.

You may only use promotional materials provided or approved by us. You may not modify logos, alter offers, or make claims we have not authorised.

Our tracking and reporting are authoritative. Disputes on statistics must be raised within 15 days after the end of the reporting month, otherwise reports are deemed accepted.

Commission rates, personal manager communications and any non-public materials are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a legal request. You may terminate by written notice; commissions accrued prior to termination in good standing will be paid on the next payout cycle.

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability is capped at commissions payable to you in the last three months.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest change. Continued use of the Program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of registration. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts there.
